MEET AD ASTRA!
Ad Astra is an Atlanta-based singer-songwriter whose music blends the cinematic nostalgia of dream pop with the grit of alternative rock. Drawing inspiration from artists like Lana Del Rey and Ethel Cain, she crafts emotionally charged songs that live in the space between vulnerability and rebellion. Known for her haunting melodies and evocative storytelling, she will celebrate a major milestone with the release of her debut album “Autopsy of an Archangel” coming Fall 2026. Ad Astra sings to bear witness, to create a space where others feel understood, & to illuminate topics that most people shy away from.
Ad Astra’s “Addict” was first written as a love song, and has since turned into an anthem of toxic devotion to our vices. It is a dark, intimate grunge ballad for anyone who’s ever stayed and become quietly addicted to the kind of love that feels like both salvation and possession.
Ad Astra’s “A Girl is a Haunted House” is a ghost story disguised as a love song to self. This dark pop ballad drifts between beauty and unease, toying with the truth that woman can be both shadow and light.
Late one night at her piano, Ad Astra’s “insecure emotionally unavailable nonchalant boys” began as a personal act of rebellion. It has since evolved into a pop-punk anthem for anyone who’s loved an insecure, emotionally unavailable, nonchalant boy.
